You can give us a call so we can walk you through the entire process, or, place a deposit online for the next available butcher date.
Then we send you a custom cut sheet. You fill out the cut sheet or together so that you’re aware of every option to customize your beef share.
We take our cattle to our State of Texas inspected processor on the butcher date. The steer is butchered and we start the aging process for the next 14 days, yielding around 61-64% of the hanging weight. Ordering bone-in options will produce a higher yield.
From the butcher date, it usually takes 4 weeks until ready for us to deliver locally
We require a $500 deposit, which is non refundable
1/2 BEEF: recommended for 3-5 person households. $6.25/lb. Hanging weight (350-400+/-lbs) CUSTOM CUT SIDE OF BEEF
Total cost will be from $2150–$2400
WHOLE BEEF: recommended for 6+ person households. $6.00/lb. Hanging weight (700-800+/-lbs) CUSTOM CUT WHOLE BEEF
Total cost will be from $4200-$4800
Our cattle are grass/pasture raised and grain finished. No hidden fees, processing fees included
